Yes, here it is a totally new page just for us women, where tips can be passed on to you and vice versa, all you need to do is read and enjoy!!!!

MAKE UP TIPS

EYES

Have any of you ever thought you'd like to have lovely long lashes, just like all the models in the magazines?

Well here's what to do:

Buy some eyelash curlers and just before you pop on the mascara , use your eyelash curlers on each eye hold for about 20 seconds and release. Add your mascara, then heat up your curlers a little with a hairdryer and apply to your eyelashes again holding for 20 seconds. And there you have it lovely long lustrous lashes.





LIPS

For that really natural look of full lips, invest in a natural browny red almost tan coloured lip liner in pencil form. Now shape out the line of your lips just going slightly over your natural line, only slightly though. Then fill in with your favourite lip colour preferably a nice coral colour as this suits most people and there you have it the most kissable lips ever!!





CHEEKS

For that healthy glow to your cheeks, try to use a powder sheen form and preferably a sunkissed colour like the bronzing ones, you can find these at any large stores, invest in a big blusher brush. Brush against the colour blush and take off any excess powder off by brushing against the back of your hand.

Then brush along your above your cheekbones gently and lightly this will give a soft healthy effect on your face, if you like you can brush along your browbone too this can also help your face to Glow! and if brushed lightly enough can be used as an eyeshadow.





FOUNDATION

Through trial and error I've found the best way to use foundation is not to use it! except for those very special occasions!!

Try opting for the more natural look , use liquid foundation its a lot lighter than the mixed creme combinations, the most natural looking the better, its always best to get some kind of consultation from the counter assistants at the large stores (you know the ones I mean)

This can be costly but it can also be worth it.

If you feel you want to experiment at home try the tinted moisturisers they are great for your skin too, and all have uva and uvb suncreens in them and can even be worn while sunbathing!!!

So now you can go bare faced even when you're not!!






BATH TIME TREATS

TAKE IT EASY WITH A LONG SOAK - IN THE BATH TUB

 

When you've had a long hard day at work, or home, there's nothing better than to have a good old soak in the bath tub.

Take a glass of wine into the bathroom. (just the one!)

Don't forget to turn on some music, better still take a battery radio into the bathroom with you and turn it onto the classical channel, yes! that's right classical channel run some radox grains into the water and watch the water turn a lovely med blue/green colour. alternatively use one of the many aromatherapy bath oils make sure it's nice and tolerably hot for you. Climb in and float totally relaxed! Now drink that wine and listen to the music!!!!!





FEET TREATS

Now that you've had a good relaxing bath, take a look at those little pinkies!! get some moisturising lotion and rub it into your feet, massaging as you do it. If your nails look on the longish side trim them down, then use your nail file to smooth them off, take a little of your favourite nail polish and paint away.

HAND TREATS

After trimming your feet, take a look at your nails too, trim, file and shape them accordingly, rub some hand cream into your hands Ponds is a good one, or go for vitamin e hand cream even better, use the same colour polish and match your finger nails in the same colour. Don't forget those cuticles, push them back this can be easily done with the help of your emery board or just as easily with your fingernails.
