Just who wrote the Home page, now he has got to be mad, Morecomb a beautiful coastal resort,LMAO, man i have been there, its a
hole, its absolutely scruffy, and there is no beach at all - all you have is mud flats, and some of that is dangerous people have been sucked under the mud To their deaths before now.

OK i suppose if you are in to mud wrestling, but surely no one would lie there and sun bathe, assuming that the sun ever comes out up there. I did go to your resort once i drove straight through it and up to the lake district, the place looked like an old run down mining village, exept for the newish corny western type entertainment place. i have never been so disapointed in a place in my life. Thank thank the lord for the Lake District other wise it would have been a total waste of time and petrol money.

And to call it A BEAUTIFUL COASTAL RESORT, is a grossly false discription, but it does seem to me that the internet is just an international lying contest, to see who can tell the biggest lie, keep it up you got a real chance of winning

I think you are leading the lying race Trueman. Yes, people do die in the mudflats simply because they disgregard the warnings to try and cross the bay only when it is safe. People die on the roads through disregarding speed limits, driving whilst drunk etc.. There is danger all around if you are foolish. Keeping your identity and location secret suggests that you hardly live in a place of outstanding natural beauty. Maybe you are one of life's whingers and have nothing better to. Better yet, I suggest you are a downtrodden husband who feels the need to vent anger and frustration at a 'soft' target. However, Morecambe has and always will have its supporters and any attempt by you or anyone else to bring it down just won't work. Morecambrians laugh in your face Trueman! Now, go and finish off the ironing before your wife comes home... Posts: 43 | From: Lancs/Yorks border | Registered: May 2001  |  IP: Logged

Well done Dave,Bravo you have given a brilliant reply. I agree with every word you said in reply to the person whoever he is that wrote that horrible piece on Morecambe. I guess he must have had a very sad life with no joy, imagination or happiness.

Regards and well done,

Denise.

Hi Denise.
Thanks for your kind words!
If it makes you feel any better I don't know how to add a signature either!!
You aren't a computer idiot - how can you be? Eveyone starts somewhere and with a little practice you will soon be whizzing around cyberspace.
Take care
