A beautiful Swan!

Well I'm 13, and i have no breasts at all...i haven't started my periods and im really worried! and help me!! im left out with all my friends...as im still tiny. also does vegetables help the breasts to grow???

You're not alone!

I was just like you when was your age, No boobs! No height! No periods! Yep that was me too. But look at how I turned out!!! I was 16 when i came into bloom!!! So there's plenty of time yet.

I was what I called, a late developer in a lot of ways!!!! 13 is still young, wait your turn! its not yet, but you will be glad you waited I used to be skinny, gawky and flat chested, but hey you know what, I still liked myself, so what if friends went off, they lost out! I had me, and ~I liked what I looked like it was me! it was my body and my time would come and so will yours. So don't worry and get about your days as you would normally do so, so what if some ha boobs. I'm pretty sure that if you look around you not the only one who doesn't!

Go on smile, your turn will come. And remember It's always the ugly ducklings who turn into beautiful swans.
